LAURA BUHRER 

With undergraduate and graduate degrees in history, Laura Buhrer began her career in the fashion industry as a model as well as a line representative for a major cosmetic firm.  Upon returning to Kansas City, she opened her first shop "English Accents," an award winning residential interior design firm.  With over 100 model homes to her credit, her "rooms" have been featured in both local and national magazines.  She further ventured into the retail arena with her accessory shop "Gossip" and her upscale clothing boutique "the little black dress."  She also consults, lectures, and conducts seminars.  She specializes in draperies, offering clients both affordable "ready to hang" custom curtains as well as stylized one-of-a-kind window treatments.  She also is a licensed real estate agent in Kansas.

KELLY LOUDON 

Receiving her degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kansas and later completing her MBA at Rockhurst College, Kelly Loudon worked for Sprint.  Taking time off to raise her two sons, she returned to the marketplace with Laura Buhrer Designs.  Serving as office manager, Kelly administers accounts, oversees the sub-contractors, and supervises all jobs.  She takes great measures to assure not only customer satisfaction but the best possible results.  Kelly is licensed to sell real estate in the state of Kansas
