We offer a full range of staging or redesign services to meet every homeowners and Realtor's needs.  We want to ensure that you spend your dollars correctly and maximize your profits.  After our initial consultation, where we walk through the home and discuss the goals and expectations for each room (a charge of $85.00 applies) a written report is either mailed or emailed to client and/or Realtor.  This Staging Plan will identified what changes need to be made to the home including paint color choices, furniture removal, and accessory rearrangement.  (Please note there is an additional fee properties that take longer than the alloted one hour visit). 

Homeowners and Realtors have the option of "hands-on" assistant if required.  We can return to your home and stage any room that needs further attention.  A minimum of three hours apply.  In that time, Laura Buhrer Designs will make dramatic transformations to key areas of your house, improve furniture layout, declutter, organize, and reaccessorize any troubled spots to make home sellable in this market.  We further highlight focal points in your rooms, ensuring that placement improves the effectiveness and letting potential buyers envision themselves living at your property.

Personal shopping is available and may be needed.  This is done on an hourly basis but utilizing cost-effective items purchased mainly at large warehouse stores such as Hobby Lobby, Home Goods, and Nebraska Furniture Mart.  In some cases, we utiilize the services of rental companies in the event that larger pieces of furniture seem prohibitive to either a homeowner or Realtor.  We also enlist our Vendor Partners which allows client's to receive a substancial discount off retail pricing and to implement the project quickly.  This includes all supplies and sub-contractor recommendations.  THE CHOICE IS LEFT TO THE HOMEOWNER OR REALTOR; DO-IT-YOURSELF (with detailed guidance from Laura Buhrer Designs) OR ENLIST A START TO FINISH PROJECT (supervised by Laura Buhrer Designs).
